Hamilton Relay Offers $500 Scholarships: Application deadline is January 18, 2019 Creating opportunities for higher education is a priority for Hamilton Relay. The goal of the Hamilton Relay Scholarship is to support students who are deaf, hard of hearing, deaf-blind or have difficulty speaking in their post-secondary education.
